As a parish team, we will accompany you in the preparation of your children for the Sacraments of Initiation through Parents Gatherings and guided steps, which we will inform you of. But first and foremost, it is important to know that our everyday experiences and lifestyles set the backdrop of how we nourish the faith in our lives. It is this holistic approach that we want to experience and encourage those with whom we journey.
We encourage parents to be affirmed that you are the first formators in this preparation. That we are called to be ‘sacramental people,’ which is really people who show God’s love through our everyday lives. And that God’s desire is for us to have the fullness of life. It is through His love and forgiveness that embraces us on this journey.
For the sacraments of Reconciliation and First Holy Eucharist (Communion), enrolments are for children in Year 4 and above.
For the Sacrament of Confirmation, enrolments are for children in Year 6 and above.
